At Trustless Engineering Co., we're constantly striving to enhance PRISM Explorer and make it an even more powerful tool for Solana developers. We value your input and encourage you to share your ideas for new features. Here's how you can submit your feature requests:

How to Submit Feature Requests

  1. Using Canny.io

Canny.io is our centralized platform for collecting and prioritizing user feedback:

    1. Provide a clear title

    2. Check our "What to Include in Your Feature Request Description" below for what you should be thinking about when writing your description.

    3. Explain how this feature would benefit you and other users.

Using Canny.io allows you to see and vote on existing feature requests, helping us prioritize development based on user demand.

  2. Intercom Support Channel:
Visit our website PRISM and use the Intercom chat feature located on the page. This option allows you to discuss your ideas in real time with our support team.

What to Include in Your Feature Request Description

When submitting a feature request, please provide as much detail as possible:

  • A clear description of the proposed feature

  • The problem it solves or the value it adds to PRISM

  • Any specific use cases you envision for the feature

  • If possible, examples of similar features in other tools that you find useful

Community Involvement

Remember that PRISM has a vibrant community of developers and blockchain enthusiasts. While submitting feature requests directly is valuable, you can also discuss your ideas on our Discord channel to gather feedback and refine your proposals.

For Enterprise Customers

If you're an enterprise customer with specific feature needs, in addition to the above methods, you can discuss your requirements with your dedicated Account Manager.
