At Trustless Engineering Co., we're committed to providing a seamless experience with PRISM. However, we understand that bugs can occasionally occur. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve our platform. Here's how you can report any issues you encounter:

Reporting Options

  1. Using Canny.io

Canny.io is our centralized product feedback platform where you can report bugs and track their status:

    1. Provide a clear, concise title for the bug.

    2. Submit your report.

Using Canny.io allows you to see and vote on existing feature requests, helping us prioritize development based on user demand.

  2. Intercom Support Channel:
Visit our website (app.prism.sh) and use the Intercom chat feature located on the page. This option allows for real-time communication with our support team.

Best Practices for Bug Reporting

To help us resolve issues quickly:

  • Be as specific as possible in your description.

  • Steps to reproduce the bug

  • The environment you're using (e.g., browser type, mobile device, or version)

  • Include screenshots or screen recordings when relevant.

  • Mention any recent changes or actions that might have led to the bug.

  • If you're an NFT holder, mention this in your report as it may be relevant to certain features.

Community Support

Remember, our vibrant community of developers and blockchain enthusiasts is also a great resource. While reporting bugs officially is crucial, you can also discuss issues and potential fixes on our Discord channel.

Security Concerns

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please follow the OWASP VDCS guidelines for proper disclosure. You can report these issues through a bug report as well, but mark them clearly as security concerns.
